Home Loan Application

This year is the year where we were hunting for a property. Been visiting from one property to another in JB as we already agreed that someday we will settle-down here, insyaAllah. Hubby interested a place in one area, which is near the Nusajaya project, unfortunately the project was not launched yet then. Went to the other project nearby, but oh my....the price of the house is wayy too expensive and not worth the money (tak cukup bajet sebenarnya...hehe). But he being optimistic with the first project said never mind, we shall wait for the project to be launch..and Alhamdulillah...once its commenced its fit our budget and puas hati sangat with the design and location which we decided to purchase two houses instead of one...hehe..actually the other one is Nenek's. Then later comes the nightmare of any first home buyer....

Its the time to find the housing loan. Since we are working in Kuala Lipis, we thought it is easier for us to find a loan in the nearby bank. Furthermore there's a wife of our friend who is doing this loan thingy and decided that why not we asked for her help. Unfortunately, the loan application had been dragging up to almost three months and still we haven't heard any news. We've been arguing with officers about the late process because there is no explanation given to us whether the loan is being rejected or what. Every time we want to know about the status, we have to make the effort to call and follow-up with them. I am sooo disappointed with their service, hubby lagi la siap dah gaduh-gaduh dengan diorang.

Since the application is going nowhere, we tried to find a solution in JB. We went to C*MB and R*B bank to apply for the loan, and surprisingly they managed to approve the application within three days only. Do you hear me people, THREE DAYS instead of three MONTHS...haishhh....orang Pub*** bank memang susah ka nak approve?? Its their procedure or staff's attitude yang menyusahkan the application. By the time we know about our loan confirmation, barula we get the news that my loan application is rejected only hubby's yang berjaya. Hmm...takpala...we decided to take the offer from R*B bank...officer pon bagus, and very helpful.

Itula proses loan application yang memeningkan kepala...Luckily, its over now. Lesson learnt; tak payahla nak tolong kawan ka apa ka...in money matters, it is better to go find the resource yourself. Initially when we decided to help our kawan tuh sebab she said they have this sales target kan untuk loan and she never achieved that, tu yang kitorg ingat nak tolong. Tapi tula separuh jalan she passed the case to others and tak explain pulak kat kitorg...hampeh kan...anyway, there is still an amount we need to pay to the developer because of this incident. Hmm...bayaq je la nak buat canakan....huhu

Salam semua,

Alhamdulillah...dah masuk 9 hari umat Islam menyambut Ramadhan (~~tapi mommy baru nak start puasa...prrfftt..)~~ Pagi tadi dengar Wardina and Fitri membebel kat MHI pasal perkataan puasa...like if u want to welcome bulan yang penuh barakah nih, it is better to use the word Ramadhan instead of bulan puasa,posa,poser etc..betulla jugak. Ramadhan maksud dia sangat mendalam, its cover everything from menahan diri not only from makan and minum tapi dari semua nafsu, maklumla perempuan kan nafsu ada 9 =P tapi nafsu membeli nih paling susah nak tahan...hahaha..

Dah lama tak tulis kat sini kan...kadang2 banyak idea tapi bila nak type hilang pulak. Tadi baru dapat tau not-so-good-news, but its ok masih ada option lain. Cuti raya pon belum apply lagi...raya ke-3 dah kena kerja...huuuwaaa....takleh la nak beraya sakan this year. This year turn beraya kat Penang pulak tuh...huhuh...this year pon jarang-jarang balik, balik JB selalu pulak, yela nak selesaikan hal rumah. The not-so-good-news tuh pasal loan rumah la...geram pulak sebab after waiting for almost two months baru tahu loan tak approve for that amount...kalau inform awal sket kan senang...boleh la cari other alternatif. Nih kalo kita yang tak follow-up memang tak tau la bila baru tau loan tuh tak approve..haisy...dugaan bulan Ramadhan kot....sabar..sabar...

Hmm...talking about housing loan, ada tak anyone (~~bajet blog ramai readers....hehehe...)~~ yang pernah try property kat other state tapi loan buat kat state lain...how long it takes to settle everythings?? Sepatutnya boleh je siap in one month plus kot tapi tula loan officer pon plays a major role jugakkan?? Just praying everything will went well...

How old are you today??

It's my birthday today...my last year in 20's...i didnt have a things-to-do-before-30 list so there's nothing for me to be nervous...i achieved what i want before i even reached 25 because my list is so short, i am easily pleased...haha...boleh gitu?? i am more on day-to-day list now...i am not excited anymore..no??

Alhamdulillah...i am feeling content with my life now and i'm sure this is the best plan that Allah had been planned for me and i would trade for nothing (walaupon semalam ada incident yang disturbed my emotion but nevertheless hubby nows whats best to bring me back to my own-self...)

Anyway, lets share something with u guys ok..something on health because currently me and family is not really in a good shape...i'd copied this from blackmores' site

By the age of about 25 years, the body systems have fully developed and the body should be at its peak. At this age young adults have total control over their health and their future - if they take that control and establish healthy lifestyle practices, they will have gone a long way to ensuring a long and healthy life.

The major health problems in the twenties tend to be a continuation of those started in late adolescence.

In adulthood there are differences in the way that men and women are at risk of disease. Some of the differences are due to biology - women's hormones offer protection against heart disease, for example. Many of the differences are due to behaviour e.g. men are more likely to smoke, to consume excess alcohol and to be obese. Men also tend to be more physically active, spend more time outdoors, take more physical risks and work in more hazardous occupations.

BONES

The density of bones continues to increase, and bones become even stronger. After the age of 25, however, muscle bulk and strength start to decline as part of the normal ageing process; the rate of decline can be slowed down by regular exercise. Similarly weight-bearing exercise, such as running, walking, yoga and tai chi, at this age and continuing through the next decades, reduces the risk of developing osteoporosis (and heart disease) in later years.

THE BRAIN

From the twenties onward, the ability to learn gradually declines - we now know that the brain actually starts to age at this time. Fortunately, however, the brain accumulates life experiences and our intellectual abilities continue to develop. In the twenties optimum intellectual function is important, as many young adults are finishing their tertiary education and starting their career paths in a competitive environment that requires peak mental performance. Cognitive function and short-term memory can be enhanced with herbs such as ginkgo and Siberian ginseng, and the brain nutrients phosphatidylserine, l-glutamine and lecithin.

THE LIVER

The twenties are the decade of the party lifestyle, playing hard, late nights and neglect of diet. This combination of factors places a great deal of stress on the liver, the organ that has to deal with toxic overload. The liver detoxifies the effects of drugs and alcohol; the herb milk thistle helps with this detoxification process, as well as helping to repair damaged liver tissue and cells.

Bitter herbs - called "digestive bitters"- stimulate liver activity and the flow of digestive juices and can help prepare the body to cope with partying, as well as acting as a digestive tonic.

The liver breaks down fatty acids in the diet and glycogen which is converted to glucose and provides a source of energy; healthy liver function is vital for maintaining energy levels.

REPRODUCTIVE SYSTEM

The reproductive system is primed for reproduction in the twenties; many women, however, are choosing to delay having children until they are ready, and elect to pursue careers and other pursuits before settling down

The most popular form of contraception remains the oral contraceptive pill. Supplementation with vitamins B1, B2, B12 and C along with the minerals zinc and magnesium is recommended for women taking "the pill".

Vitamin B6 is also of benefit for women who suffer with some of the emotional symptoms (categorised as PMS-A) of premenstrual syndrome (PMS). Evening primrose oil contains gamma-linolenic acid which can help with menstrual pain and breast tenderness associated with PMS, as well as some of the emotional symptoms.

Herbs such as black haw and dong quai have a hormone-balancing effect and can help in managing the symptoms of PMS.

EYES AND EARS

The eyes and ears stay in optimum condition during the twenties, if there is no injury or trauma. Persistent exposure to high decibel noise such as at music venues can have long-term effects on hearing. Precautionary measures include the use of ear plugs.

SKIN

The skin shouldn't show any undue deterioration due to ageing during the twenties. Excessive exposure to the sun, however, can prematurely age the skin if preventive measures are not taken. The best prevention is avoidance of exposure during the hours of maximum ultraviolet radiation- 10am to 2pm - and covering up with appropriate clothing. The safest UV sunscreens are the ones that block (as opposed to absorb) UV radiation - they are based on titanium or zinc oxides.

Vitamin E can reduce the erythema caused by sunburn, and antioxidant vitamins A, C and E can protect against free radical damage caused by exposure of the skin to UV light and environmental pollutants.

ENERGY

Energy needs remain fairly high during the twenties, and men have slightly higher requirements, due mainly to their level of physical activity. Surveys show, however, that men and women are exercising less; not surprisingly, our weight is steadily increasing, with almost one-third of those between the ages of 18 and 34 being either overweight or obese. Adult men seem to increase rapidly in weight after the age of 25 (for women the gain is greater during menopause).

The dynamics of maintaining a healthy weight are very basic - being overweight is the result of an intake of food energy which is larger than the amount of energy expended in everyday activities, including sport.

Food choices for maintaining an ideal weight should centre around:

A diet low in fat, especially saturated fat
Lots of vegetables and fruit
Wholegrain bread and cereals
Moderation in alcohol consumption

HEALTH CHECKS

Regular health checkups are essential for monitoring growth and development, and for the early detection of disease. Despite the fact that men are, generally, at greater risk of diseases such as cardiovascular disease, men tend not to seek help until a problem is really evident. Men are actually more likely to die from cancer, heart/respiratory/digestive diseases and from injury, than are women.

There are a number of screening test that can detect early signs of disease;

Weight measurement screens for obesity and for being underweight, a problem prevalent in women in their early 20s
Blood pressure measurement screens for hypertension, a risk factor for heart disease; should be done every 1-2 years
Blood cholesterol should be measured every 5 years from age 18; high cholesterol is another risk factor for heart disease
Women should have a pap smear every 2 years from age 18; the smear of cells from the cervix is screened for signs of cancer of the cervix

Adults should carry out self-examination of the skin, the testes and breasts to look for signs of diseases such as cancer.

Hello friends…eh silap mana ada kawan sebaya saya yang pandai baca lagi…Assalamualaikum aunties…Sebab tunggu mommy update lambat sangat biar saya je tolong updatekan….silap2 nanti kena tukar Mommy’s Journal to Fatiha’s Journal…hehe

Selalu weekend aunties semua buat apa kat rumah? Saya sangat suka bila hujung minggu sebab mommy suka bawak jalan-jalan….jalan-jalan kat luar rumah pon saya dah happy. Tapi minggu lepas lagi best…sebab tokwan, toknani, cikngah, cikanis and cubo ada kat rumah. Kaklong saya pon happy sangat sebab ada cubo yang rajin melayan dia…hehe

Depa ( eh..depa tuh they/them/mereka/diorang in Penang’s slang) sampai hari Rabu malam, sebab dah tak sabar nak jumpa semua orang mommy ajak jemput tokwan and nani kat Kuala Medang. Saya ikut je tak cakap banyak…lepas tuh terus makan satay yang famous tuh Satay Warisan. Takde gamba la pulak…Dah sampai rumah semua orang pon penat terus ZzzzZZ….

Esoknye mommy tak hantaq saya and kaklong pi rumah ummi sebab cubo nak jaga kami…hehehe..yeah rite…tapi depa tak tau lagi perangai saya yang tak suka tidoq siang….haha..jenuh la Nani buat macam-macam nak tidurkan saya. Lepas tuh hari Jumaat, daddy and mommy cuti, plan asal nak lepak je kat rumah. Tiba-tiba daddy ajak pi Cameron Highland pulak sebab satu jam setengah je drive dari Kuala Lipis. So apa lagi mommy cepat-cepat packing...daddy pon dah siap booked hotel. Nasib baik boleh booked lagi despite the last minute. Kami nak try stay dekat Natasya resort. Lagipon cik anis kan tak pernah jalan-jalan CH…bagi can la…hehehe..Sebelum bertolak isi perut dekat Azri Nasi Ayam dulu, kalau tak nanti mommy cranky sebab lapar…haha..mommy jangan marah noo…saya pon cranky jugak bila tak dapat susu mommy.

First stop singgah Boh’s Plantation dulu…penat la nak type aunty semua layan gambar je la eh….

Tapi saya tidoq pulak...mommy pon tak join tour ke kilang teh Boh tuh...

Next stop is Cameron Bharat tea...lepak sambil minum teh

Bukit Tinggi

Last weekend we went to Bukit Tinggi, Pahang bukan Indonesia eh...hehe...we had planned this for months already because of the promotion so we got a 25% discount on the room. Since its on March, this is like pre-celebration of daddy's birthday la.

Actually paling excited nak bawak Eryna tengok rabbit tapi si kecik tuh lagi suka main kat playground...haih...kalo nak main playground kat Lipis pon ada nak.....apa lagi mari layan gambar...zaasss

Kuala Gandah Elephant Sanctuary

Last week is CNY holiday but unfortunately mommy & daddy have to work..err..daddy je working, mommy lepak rumah dengan kids ja...hehe..

We decided to go back to JB only next week because we don't want to join in the CNY crowd. Memang tak sanggup la mak nak menghadapi jam and crowd yang sure ramai kat R&R tuh. Kalau baby cranky and kaklong pon tak cooperative memang saja je cari pasal...stress tau...so lebih baik balik after CNY...lambat sket celebrate takpa...hahaha

But then atok, nekbik and tokman came to visit us on last weekend, abang Daniel pon ada. So we've got company la last week, daddy pon ajak pi tengok elephant kat Kuala Gandah. So on Saturday after breakfast and all off we go to Kuala Gandah. It took us almost 2 hours to reach there from Kuala Lipis and mommy pon dah start cranky...haha..bukan kids yang cranky tau...=P

Overall, tempat nih best la untuk pencinta gajah sebab gajah-gajah tuh dilepaskan bebas...Eryna yang dulu takut gajah kat Zoo Melaka pon dah berani siap bagi gajah makan lagi...hehe...tempat pon very nice, food price is affordable, selalu kan tempat macam nih harga food boleh tahan mahal. Entrance fee naaddaa...cuma they ask for donation so kalo sayang gajah-gajah nih boleh donate lebih sket la. Orang pon tak boleh nak komplen sebab free admission kan. Naik gajah kat Singapore Zoo kena charge S$5 tapi sini free je...so marila beramai-ramai ke Kuala Gandah Elephant Sanctuary...pesanan penaja =)

Peristiwa Jumaat Lepas

Nih cerita malam jumaat tau, bukan hari jumaat...sebab hari jumaat after kerja terus cabut balik Penang.

Hari Khamis malam Jumaat tuh sampai rumah agak lewat la sebab en daddy yang ambik both princess kat rumah ummi...mommy nye mana?? haha...i harusla pegi aerobic dulu...katanya pon once a week je nak bersenam...heheh..anyway, that's not the issue. Lepas mommy dah habih my aerobic session tuh, daddy dengan muka masamnya tengah dukung Fatiha yang nangis-nangis jemput mommy balik and bila sampai rumah guess what.......tengah kelam-kabut nak hangkut beg-beg masuk rumah, nak de-frost daging la, nak menyusu la, skali lain yang mak nampak nyah.....

EeeEEeewEEeeeEW....sangat kan....ingat kan dah mati, tetapi masih berenang-renang dengan bahagianya dalam jug tuh...masa nih mommy dengan Eryna dah sembunyi dalam bilik, en daddy la selaku hero kami yang capture the picture and buang dan cuci jug tuh...bbbbllluuuuekekk....tulih ni pon dah geli...huhu...nasib baik belum bancuh susu Eryna dengan air tuh...sangat geli hokeh...taktau la cana cicak tuh boleh tersesat dalam jug tuh sebab bercover...hmmm...musykil..musykil *thinking*

Balik kampung Penang

Alhamdulillah, dah selamat sampai Lipis semalam. Journey balik adalah sangat smooth sebab kaklong tidoq ja dalam kereta...hehe..so takla chaos sangat...adik pon tak banyak ragam, so stop untuk isi fuel and pegi toilet sahaja.

Cikngah and ciknis pon ada kat umah so sangat best. Hari sabtu tuh p Tesco ja beli susu Eryna and Ahad adalah sangat best sebab buat BBQ. Ciknis dah beli ketam-ketam, pagi ahad tuh p Kuala Muda beli sotong,udang dll untuk masak-masak lagi...best dapat makan2, sangat heaven!! Gambaq akan diupload later sebab tak bawak memory card pulak..ok next entry will be the pictures la kan..biaq hangpa semo terliuq..hehehe...toodles

Emylia Fatiha sudah 4 bulan hari nih...so far masih chubby-montel-tapi-agak-gelap...hehe...she's drooling a lot..i mean A LOT..sampai basah baju...not sure if its a sign of nak tumbuh gigi ke nak makan. She's a happy baby too, senang nak jaga tapi now dah pandai demand dukung/duduk sebab boring kot asik terbaring ja. Selalu kena buli dengan kaklong Eryna tapi maintain cool...kaklong now very protective. Mesti cari kalau adik takdak depan mata. So marilah layan gambar2 Fatiha;

Hey ya...foooh..foohh...(habuk tiup pun tak terbang..hehe)

Been silent for quite some time already so its time to rock back the blogging world..hehe..a lot of things had happened; new baby, eryna's new haircut, my new haircut, new house...yeah, this is the seventh time we moved since we've been married. Cerita pindah-pindah in next entry la ye.

My friend Bayz ask me to put on comments button for the entry, memang ada tapi macam confuse sikit sebab button nye bulat sahaja, so kalo orang tak perasan memang ingat takdak button komen. Nak tukar template macam sayang because i do really loves this template. Nak add banner ke apa tuh memang tak mampu lagi at the moment, me still learning, maklumlah mommy nih bukannya programmer...haha..C++ pon belajar masa matrix dulu ja.

Entry bergambar is definitely more interesting, right...so layanzz...

Gambar Fatiha je mommy letak dulu, tu pon gambar baru lahir...hihi..geram sangat tengok anak mommy yang sorang nih sebab she is soo tembamlicious compared to her big sis. Memang rasa nak gigit-gigit those chubby arms and cheeks..haisy...tapi Fatiha takdak la pulak.

So far Fatiha's progressing well. Pagi tadi dah golek-golek meniarap, sampai kaklong dah "mommy...mommy...adik jatuh..." ..huhu...kaklong is very protective.

Fatiha likes to bable too...sampai tersembur-sembur air liur. Paling suka mandi, tapi mesti air suam-suam ye..too cold or too hot she'll cry like nobody business. Dah la dianugerahkan suara yang selang 3 buah rumah pon still boleh dengar...so memang air mandi kena prepare sedap-sedap jela. There's one day I nak mandikan dia around 2pm. Ingat dah tengahari boleh la mandi air sejuk sket...mak aih..tak boleh ye, meraung tak hengat.

Fatiha is turning 4 months old in 10 days, mommy doakan Fatiha akan jadi anak yang menyejukkan hati mommy and daddy...tkmo naughty-naughty ye, nanti kena duduk naughty corner...hehe

kenapa rasa macam karangan tergantung?? *confused* =P

yup, i know the benefit of waking up early, but it is just so hard for me to wake up early especially when i know there is nothing to do. i rather golek2 on the bed and fall asleep again..my roommate in uni or soksek dulu must agree with this..hehe..pegi kelas pukul 8 pon kdg2 tak sempat mandi..ooopppss =P

but this few days, hubby is trying to change my habit. he'd been trying hard to wake me up at 6am so that we have plenty of time in the morning for breakfast etc. so far so good..just that i am a bit sleepy once i reached the office but being pregnant boss tak kisah sangat if i tertido in front of the pc...hehe...i just love being pregnant despite the sakit2 badan yang melanda la...

i hope this will continue because work start at 7.30am which is i rarely sampai on that time. kalau punch-card sure merah ja...haha..dulu sebab tkmo bangun pagi i plan to find a job that start at 10.30 camtuh..macam kerja kat supermarket la..haha..tapi tengokla sekarang dapat kerja yang start kul 7.30am..huhu..mesti ada hikmah kan dapat kerja pagi2 nih.

hopefully i can keep up waking up early every morning...kesian my hubby, he loves doing activity in the morning..eryna & adik baby lets wake up early to accompany daddy!! yeah!!

dah almost a month mommy tk mencoret2 dalam blog nih...ekceli mommy dok muhasabah diri...cewahh..hehe..i was thinking on the purpose of having this blog...dulu memang my intention to write is to keep our memorable moments. Tapi when I start bercerita, I will put in the details sampai bila baca balik rasa boringnya entry nih, tak pon macam syok sendiri ja….haha..so in the end it will terperam or masuk dalam rubbish bin.

Frankly, I memang jeles dengan orang2 yang boleh update hari2 and used a different kind of cara penulisan to attract the readers…ada yang catchy, sarcastic, funny and very informative…otai2 blogger nih kata just be yourself in your writing…hmmm…cana tuh ek..I think I know what is my problem…I don’t really know how to express myself in writing or in real life pon susah…..hahaha..that’s my problem..yeah, it’s just hard for me to tell people how I feel, especially orang yang baru I kenal…dulu2 takdak pulak problem camnih..but now I think I always watch what’s coming out from my mouth…berhati2 bila bercakap orang kata…hahaha…adakah sebab dah berumur sikit?? (I am in my late 20-s) atau adakah I am losing my communication skill sebab asyik tengok batu ja 10 jam sehari??....

and here come the hardest part…how to solve the problem??? I have no idea…what about write more so that I’ll be better in expressing myself…hahahha…ok tak idea tuh?? I think just have to commit myself to write la…boleh ke Yantie?? All the best!! =)

budak2 met-lab nih sibuk nak ke Gambang, so mommy decided to book one room for the rest of us...altogether there were 10 person including mommy and daddy (eryna tak kira la sebab satu pakej dgn mommy...haha)...mommy pon booked a family suite from BGRC website. since most of them were working on saturday, so mommy, daddy & eryna bertolak dulu...boleh la kita meronggeng kat bandar Kuantan dulu..hehe

so, off we went on saturday morning to Kuantan...jangan tak tau..kita bertolak pukul 6am just for the sake to catch-up the breakfast at McDonald..haha...kesian betul dengan orang yg duduk terpencil macam kita nih...huhu..eryna slept all the way from Lipis to Temerloh..pastuh daddy pulak ngantuk, so tukar driver and eryna pulak bangun..kesian daddy tak boleh tido happily...huhu..layankan je la karenah anak dara sorg tuh

then about 9.30am we arrived at McD Teluk Chempedak...lepas makan and all, eryna dah excited nak mandi laut la...daddy teman eryna mandi..bila dah panas kita pon siap2 nak pi jalan2 pulak...(nak shopping le actually...hehe)

first destination after TC is tengok rumah and ofis lama...hehe...sedih je tengok lab yg mommy and daddy bertungkus-lumus siapkan about a year ago dah tutup...dekat depan building tuh siap ada mark 'for rent' lagi..isk..isk..teringat pulak zaman tuh..mommy bergaduh dengan kontraktor la...daddy yg selalu travel around lagi..hmm...all that dah tinggal kenangan....

pastuh habih dah kisah sedih, kita p shopping la...kita singgah Babyworld kat Tunas Manja tuh..mommy plan nak beli buggy untuk eryna sebab stroller lama tuh dh la besaq pastuh daddy pon dah maleh2 nak bawak..hehe..so kita pon usha2 kat Babyworld tuh...ada satu MyDear punya buggy and we decided to take that sebab murah and kecik+compact..eryna siap dah tertidoq2 masa test-drive tuh...haha...tapi kesian pulak sebab stroller tuh macam kecik and they dont have new stock, kena amik yang display tuh la...so we put on-hold first...cari dekat East Coast Mall pulak...hehe

dekat ECM pulak tkdk stroller yg affordable sebab dekat Parkson je yg kita cari..pastuh kat Carefour pulak ada brand Sweet Cherry ja...lagi baik mommy amik yg MyDear tuh...so off we went to Twins Baby shop pulak...haha..memang, kita hanya berjalan ke kedai baby sahaja...sebab mommy dah tktau nak shopping apa...hahha...

dah sampai Twins Baby..tengok2 kat atas tuh ada Maclaren buggy yg mommy nak beli online..tanya2 ada diskaun pulak..hehe..mommy pon apa lagi...mula la aksi2 menggoda daddy and daddy pon kalah and eryna pon dapatla stroller Maclaren baru...huhu...we picked the blue manala tau kot2 adik eryna nih boy so tkde harapan la mommy nak beli stroller utk adik pulak...haha...taktik daddy la nih

dah settle semo kita p Megamall pulak for lunch..mommy ada la beli buku sebab dah tkdk sebarang bahan bacaan kat rumah...eh, macam panjang la pulak..nih belom masuk story daddy bengang2 dengan management BGRC nih...hehe...ok stop dulu nanti sambung next entry...daa

....itula jawapan en pregnancy test kepada soalan mommy...hehe

entry nih macam dah outdated sket tapi mommy still nak share kat sini. this year memang kami (mommy+daddy) plan untuk dapat adik eryna..hehe...tapi tak sangka it is so soon...alhamdulillah...rezeki Allah nak bagi. masa prepare2 list 2010 resolution memang included this one, tapi takdela kami beria2 macam eryna dulu..hehe...sekali positif and we accept it happily....

kronologynya:
- bulan january tuh mommy tak period pon tapi selalu sakit2 badan, so mommy p la book urut2 session untuk mommy and daddy dengan sorang makcik nih recommended by my colleague
- dah lepas 3 hari berurut, badan rasa sedap sket...dah tak lenguh2 and sakit pinggang...makcik tuh tanya jugak nak urut sebab nak mengandung ka?? sebab selalu orang p urut kat dia untuk dapatkan zuriat, mommy pon ok je
- daddy pon feels the difference...badan dia pon tk lenguh2 lagi...dah boleh p main futsal la...hehe
- pastuh mommy test on the end of january tuh, sebab tak period so mommy test la..badan dah rasa sengal2 macam nak period, tapi negative
- weekend tuh kita balik jb, pastuh hari jumaat tuh mommy terjaga pukul 12.30am terus test lagi sekali...hehehe...masa nih daddy and eryna dah tidoq pon...sekali...jeng..jeng...jeng....POSITIVE
- happy gila...besok dah nak balik penang pulak...mommy kejutkan bagitau daddy..hehe...excited...daddy's reaction??? senyum ja pastuh sambung tidoq...ceh

so officially, i am now pregnant at about 8 weeks...next month check-up baru dr scan..hari tuh just confirm ja...this is the first time mommy mengandung kat lipis nih so lain pulak la experience macam eryna dulu...sini takdak maternity clinic, so check-up kat klinik biasa ja and mommy nak kena p klinik kerajaan (first time jugak nih...huhu)...plan2 nak bersalin kat penang ja, tapi tengokla cana....haisy...banyak jugak nak kena plan nih...but i am still excited as the first pregnancy dulu...hehe..

last weekend is opah's birthday...so memang annual event opah akan buat kenduri...kita 3 beranak pon zooommm...balik jb

lepas kerja hari jumaat tuh terus amik eryna kat umah mamalina pastuh terus gerak balik...mommy n daddy pakai baju keja je..hehe..pastuh singgah mc d for dinner..around 1am sampai taman perling. then, the next morning kita ke singapore pulak...kenduri was held at pak long's house kat pasir ris tapi kita singgah le chai chee dulu, rumah nekyang eryna...malam tuh gak lepas kenduri balik jb balik sebab....hehe...sebabnya besok pagi kita nak p desaru...hihi..best2...mommy first time jejak kaki di desaru, eryna pulak first time nak mandi laut...huhu

we stayed at lotus desaru...nice place..ada splash2 zone for kiddo, ada swimming pool, coffee house yang best and breakfast pon best...hehe..recommended utk sapa yg nak organize family day...very spacious with lots of activity can be conducted there...tapi sayangnye, mommy tkdak camera pulak...haiisy..tkpela..next time boleh ajak daddy p lagi..alasan sebab tkdk gambaq...haha

malam, dinner kat perengit...makan lobster, daddy belanja...hehe...thank you daddy...tapi eryna cranky plak, so mommy tkleh enjoy sangat makan...anyway, wrap up, nice weekend tapi penat sebab full of ativities...this week balik kg penang pulak...hihi...ciao!

Eryna To-date Development

salam and hi,

mommy tak pernah jot down eryna's progress so far...mommy just check kat babycentre to make sure eryna membesar accordingly la kan...hehe..selalu mommy just make sure eryna happy and healthy...so far alhamdulillah, eryna tak banyak masalah...since about a week from now eryna will be 15 month old, mommy harung semo sekali la ye progress eryna...aci tak?? aci je la..hehe

start walking at the age of 11 months, and master the skill at 12 months and 1 week old
start makan solid at 3 months...erkk...masa nih eryna selalu nangis, so masa eryna kena tinggal dengan neklong kat singapore, neklong kasi eryna makan biskut farleys..hehe...since then u've been eating solid sampai la sekarang
underweight - eryna is a small baby since birth (2.2kg only..) and sampai sekarang pon still underweight lagi with weight of only 7.8kg...mommy dah taktau nak bagi eryna makan apa...dr siap subscribe eryna with multivit masa umoq 4 bulan tapi mommy tak kasi eryna makan vitamin sampai le umoq setahun...hehe...but as long as eryna is active mommy tak kisah sangat pasal weight...genetic la tuh..hahaha...
not a fussy eater..resipi sama satu minggu pon eryna bedal makan je...hehe..nih macam daddy sket ;P tapi bila dah besaq skang nak makan makanan orang dewasa je...haiisy..
suka makan nasi putih
masa lahir sampai about 4 months eryna kuat nangis, dah macam2 bomoh dah p, tapi mommy rasa awak colic..ada satu pakcik nih dekat lipis ajaq mommy and daddy massage2 kamu...dia kata eryna ada hernia aka angin pasang...ingat baby boy je ada gegirl pon ada gak...hehe..tapi lepas massage2 you were more comfortable and ok
so far sampai umur kamu skang tak pernah batuk2...*alhamdulillah*...selsema, adala tapi jarang2...hehe..demam, rasanya less than 10 times...
first tooth appear at 8 months...lambat sket awak tumbuh gigi walaupon start makan solid awal...hahah
was on breastmilk for 2 months only...tapi memang fully bf masa tuh...tapi bila mommy kena tinggalkan eryna dengan neklong, atuk dah siap2 pegi beli susu s-26...haha
sampai sekarang still continue dengan susu wyeth...s-26, promil and progress gold...mommy pon dah jadi gold customer wyeth...hehe
kategori mulut banyak jugak...suka tegoq orang especially babies...ada sekali tuh awak approach uncle yang tengah dukung baby sebab awak nak kiss2 baby dia..hehe...soo cute
animal friendly too...especially with cat...hehe...habih kucing2 cikngah kat penang awak lanyak buat sesuka hati...luckily the cats does not bite or scratch u...kat rumah sini pon ada kucing oren selalu datang makan jadi mangsa awak
picks up small things on the floor but tak terus masuk mulut...belek2 dulu...laaamaaa sket baru masuk mulut...hehe
dah pandai salam and sayang orang
lovesssss water so much...every weekend if we dont have any plan, u'll definitely have your 'splash2' time in your plastic pool

okla kot...thats just the randoms fact about eryna...since eryna pon nak masuk 15 month old, mommy pon bagila 15 points..hehe...owh, ada lagi satu important, saving eryna pon dah lagi banyak dari mommy...bolehla belanja mommy nanti...hahaha...

so penutup nya, sila lah jamu mata dengan gambaq2 eryna nih....hehhehe

Cuka Getah

as i remember, when i was about 7 or 8 years old, there was an advertisement about a boy who drank from a Fanta's glass bottle then he muntah-muntah and died...anybody who is about my age sure ingat zaman kegemilangan Fanta, tapi sapa yang tak tau Fanta nih is actually a carbonated drink..ok, what i want to tell here is itu ialah iklan cuka getah...sapa tau ek apa yang diorang tambah dalam getah tuh?? that is the chemical la...i think maybe dulu2 most of our people cari makan dengan menoreh getah and maybe there were some cases melibatkan orang terminum racun tuh...so kerajaan pon advertised la iklan tuh to increase public awareness...sebab dalam iklan tuh tunjuk ada ayah just came back from menoreh then letak plak botol racun tak berlabel tuh sekali dengan botol air...so anak dia terminum la racun tuh...hehe..panjang pulak intro..

btw, that is not what i want to reminisce here. en boss came down to the lab today just to check on the bacteria that the microbiologist breed...bau bacteria tuh...perrrghh...harum gila sampai memeningkan semua orang dekat lab nih...we are trying to find the solutions as this method may be applied to the plant soon...tapi, en boss dengan konfidennya said that the smell is not that bad...macam bau kilang getah ja..and if u know how smelly the kilang getah is, macam tu la lebih kurangnya bau bacteria nih...en boss siap cakap lagi who cannot stand the smell can quit and find other job....huuushh..sampai gitu sekali...and some more he add, kalau kita tak boleh tahan dengan smell tuh cuba bayangkan rakyat2 palestin yang terpaksa berjuang untuk hidup tuh...hehe...i dont see the connection tapi i guess dia tkmo kami nih manja sangat la kot...baru kena dugaan bau semua dah kelam-kabut...hehe...but then again, it is not me who is responsible in that project..i am just pity to whom yang kena conduct the test tuh...terpaksala tahan bau yang 'harum' itu...en boss said as long as the smell is harmless, not gas beracun it is still ok for him...and he did remind us to not STOP the test..hehe..takut orang tkmau buat kerja la tuh...

what happened in 2008, 2009 & 2010

Salam and hi,

i used to start writing in my diary long ago with 'Dear Diary,...' hehe..as for this blog i think i'll start with salam and hi..takdak kena mengena langsung dengan tajuk...haha

actually i have soo many things in my mind that i wanted to blog about but it seems too many sampai bila klik new post dah tak tau nak type apa. anyway, today is the eleventh day of 2010..semo orang pon dah share their resolutions for this year..for me, we do have our target for this year..'we' okey, because me and hubby share everyhtings together..i mean 'everythings'..sampai ke berus gigi pon nak share..i know it sounds so unhygienic but that is why i need to put more than 2 toothbrushes dalam toilet so that he wont use mine..ceh..apa hal plak cerita pasal berus gigi...ok enough said. full stop.

for 2010 we have a big project, because we already decided to think about where to settle down, which is definitely not in Kuala Lipis, Pahang...hehe...so in order for that, i've decided to quit my job by next year...insyaAllah...harap Allah permudahkan urusan kami..amin..so this year is a tough year for me to save as much as i can because i'll be short of money once i quit..takpe this one i will write a special entry once we make a progress..

2009, bid us goodbye with lots of unexpected things..with our come back to P**jom Gold Mine and all...i guess its all had been planned and Allah knows the most...

the year 2008, we were working with a small company where we started from scratch..from the renovation of the lab+office, the lab equipment, office furniture, man power, sampai la the company policy..haha..as if i am commencing my own company...what an experience..that year i was giving birth to two babies, Eryna and of course the company...lucky for me, i have my hubby as a business and life partner la kan...hehe..but, langit tak selalu cerah and business is not so good..sampai kena potong gaji kitorg but that was in 2008...

in 2009, we start the year with moving back to Kuala Lipis...inilah yang dikatakan rezeki datang bergolek..when GerC*i is in the midst of huge problem, my ex-Boss in P**jom called. offering me and hubby a job..rezeki Eryna agaknya..eheh..we were so grateful and accepted the offer..so last year was spent adjusting our life back to Lipis..agaknya if my Boss knows about my plan for 2010 sure dia dah serik amik i kerja..hehe

anyway, i hope there's more good news to come in this year...shall we start with adik for Eryna?? hehe...*grin*

Encik Boss

Last two days was a ‘meeting day’ for mommy. We had meeting for the whole day for budget review and update on latest testwork. Biasala bila En Boss sudah pulang ke Malaysia memang meeting memanjang. But that is not what mommy wanna share, I wanna share about how En Boss inspired mommy to think more about our future. En Boss separated the life to three stages.

· Stage 1 is when we were born until the age of 20’s, where we were taken care by our parents.

· Stage 2 is when we start working to the age of 40, this is the time when we develop our career, family and definitely we need to work hard at this age.

· Stage 3 is when we are 40 till we die. This is the time we should think how we will be beneficial to agama, bangsa and negara.

That makes mommy thinks what shall I do in my future?? Working until umur 55 ka?? Doing business ka?? SAHM ka?? But I told my boss that I’ll wait for Mr Hubby to get an opportunity working oversea so that I can tag along…be a homemaker..hehe…but I do really agree with En Boss that we need to plan our future. I am proud with En Boss indeed because he is among the best Metallurgist in the world and he always reminds us on how to work like a world-class metallurgist. And one more thing made me admired En Boss is because of his way of thinking. He always come out with a new idea and he sees things that we don’t see. For me he is so creative and brilliant. He is not only an expert in gold processing but he is also a good entrepreneur. He said we must always have faith in Allah for everything we do and work hard through it, insya-Allah, Allah will guide us along the way. That is the time that is feels so low and wonders how I am going to catch up with all the technical knowledge. I doubt in 15 years time can I be like him???

Eidul Adha...naahhh

I think I’ll just pass the Eidul Adha entry. Not because we were not having a nice one…but to think back..yeah.. we don’t really do much on the day, daddy were playing PS with his cousins all day long..huh..

Hari nih nih mommy penat prepare 100kg of sample from Inata Gold Mine, West Africa. Pagi tadi check email, owh..boss dah requested the test that should be done since he is on-site already. So this few days mommy will be occupy with the preparation..

Hmm..apa mpmmy nak cerita nih ek…okla..mommy was stranded in this small town of Lipis because of my job nih la…tapi actually I always wanted to work in a nicely decorated office that smells so pleasant so that I don’t have to wear perfume to work. You know, when you got to dress-up to work, wear make-up, high heels, having lunch in a fancy restaurant and etc…but I guess Allah have His own plan for me. So inilah yang mommy buat sekarang, “main tanah”. No more high heel to work…cakap pasal high heel, opah selalu tegur mommy pakai heel bila p jalan2..opah kata susah nak jalan tapi mommy suka. Lagipon if I wear heels tak la Nampak rendah sangat bila jalan dengan daddy…hehe

Owh, next week tok nani & tok wan nak mai rumah kita…so mommy takla boring sangat..best!!

Last weekend we went to Melaka to attend a wedding..so on Saturday morning off we go to Melaka...sebab wedding is on Sunday kita pon apa lagi jalan-jalan le...hehe..but because of daddy's camera rosak at Bukit Merah so yang ada just mommy's phone camera..gambaq mommy and Eryna je naik menara berpusing Taming Sari ..masa naik river cruise Eryna tengah bobok so tak dapatla nak ambik gambaq...lagipon masa tuh tengah hujan renyai-renyai..nasib baik Eryna behaves so well so dapatla mommy jalan-jalan dengan senang hati...hehe..

Then, on Monday mommy got a call from Shell company. I am in their short-listed list to participate in their latest contest. Tapi mommy is still thinking wether nak join or not..sebab the event will be held in Kuantan. Dah satu hal nak p sana pulak...hmm..tengokla cana..kalau daddy ok then we will go to Kuantan pulak on 5th December...bolehla Eryna jalan-jalan bandar kelahiran Eryna pulak..hehe..Btw, mommy is still new to this blogging things, so macam tak banyak idea nak membebel..we'll see what is in my next entry..probably pasal Raya kot. This aidiladha we will balik kampung Muar so nantikan kemunculan entry Raya mommy ok..tata

Yeah..inspired by mommies out there..

Before mommy lupa, mommy nak jot down my experience of delivering Eryna Mardiha. Just a note to me and Eryna so that later on she can embrace the moment.So here goes the story...

It was on 5th November 2008, Wednesday night. Mommy got an sms earlier from my best-friend in uni that she was in town…so we decided to meet up later on that night…but since she had some work to complete, mommy pon drag daddy to East Coast Mall…kitorang makan-makan kat Laksa Shack and mommy managed to do last minute shopping…haha…pregnant lady masih boleh shopping ye…Later at 12 o’clock we met up at McD Teluk Chempedak. Yeah, it was late and Daddy did warning mommy takut ‘ter’beranak kan..but mommy really2 wanted to meet my friend…so daddy pon layankan je la permintaan mak-yong masa tuh kan…hehe..we were chatting and makan2 sampai pukul 3 pagi then send her off to her hotel and we balik rumah…daddy balik terus zasss!! Tidoq la apa lagi..

But then…jeng..jeng…jeng…at 5am, mommy ‘ter’bangun with a very bad stomachache. Rasa macam sakit perut sembelit and i went in and out of the toilet to memerut la kan but to no avail…mommy tak tau yang i was having a labour pain, thought it was just sakit perut biasa as sometimes I’ll experience the sakit perut like this kalo susah nak b***k…so after berjaya membuang I thought the pain will go, but boy…how i was so wrong…the pain is still there and I cannot even lie down…so mommy walked and walked and walked in the room like nobody business with daddy sleeping soundly on the bed..sebab bila jalan sakit tuh macam kurang sikit..Finally at 6.30am mommy woke daddy up…rupa-rupanya dia pon sakit perut jugak…so we assume it was from something that we ate last night la kan…daddy sempat lagi buatkan mommy teh O pekat untuk hilangkan sakit perut tuh….haha…what he was thinking laa…then later on, at 7.30am we decided to go to the clinic that i am going to deliver…so off we go..

The clinic actually open at 8.00am, but there got another entrance for emergency so we went upstairs and meet the nurse. Mommy told them that sakit perut je…bukan sakit nak beranak…hehe…mommy am so sure because earlier that week mommy went for my 36weeks check-up and Dr Tan who examined me said that I am not gonna deliver in that week. Actually, I got a blood pressure issue in my 32weeks of pregnancy and me and my doctor were planning to induce the baby when the time is right. And I actually made an appointment with Dr Chong on Friday. But I guess the baby want to come out naturally without induce..baby kesian kat mommy kot..hehe..so that Thursday morning at 8.33am, i safely delivered my first baby, Eryna Mardiha binti Mohd Izwan, alhamdulillah…

For mommy, pengalaman melahirkan Eryna sgt senang..alhamdulillah Allah permudahkan semua. Masa tu its just me and daddy, tokwan,toknani,opah,atok semua jauh..lagi satu sebab teh pekat daddy kot..haha...nanti mommy tulis pasal our journey membesarkan Eryna pulak ok..tak best pulak entry takdak gambaq..nihla gambaq Eryna at early days of her life

Actually nak ada blog sendiri nih is in my to-do list since like ages ago. Dulu pernah gak membebel kat blog friendster, but I think I manage to write like 3 entries only then I stopped…hehe..one entry per year =P So now here I am…trying to blog again. I really love blog-hoping and I ‘ve ekceli made friends through blog eventhough I have no blog on my own. In this first entry I would like to introduce myself. I am married to a wonderful husband and was blessed with a baby girl, Eryna Mardiha (which is called Diana by her Opah, Diha+Ryna=Diana..hehe) Pernah bermastautin di Kuantan for a year after married then balik semula ke K.Lipis, Pahang..huh..basically we cover half the peninsular Malaysia just to balik kampong every month. Is a full-time working mom and I don’t think there is a lot of woman in my field. We are the minority group of people in the mining industry here in Malaysia. I love to share my humble story of life with the friends out there. Hmmph..i think that’s enough for the first entry…will write again soon..toodles…
